Medical Clinic:
Every Wednesday evening by appointment.
• General medical care- everything from pre-employment physicals to chronic care for diseases like diabetes and hypertension.
• Assistance with obtaining medication
• Evaluation by a social worker and referrals to other social agencies. Dental Program:
• Exam, cleaning, and X-rays by a dental hygienist.
• Limited access to volunteer dentists for fillings and extractions.
• Dentures for qualified patients
Prescription Assistance:
• Help obtaining medications prescribed by local medical providers
• Coordinator assists patients with applications to pharmaceutical companies for low or no cost medication. Mental Health & Wellness:
• Wellness education – including nutrition counseling, referrals to quit smoking programs, and guest speakers
• Disease management – includes complimentary medicine techniques such as acupuncture, and massage
• Short term counseling and support groups

Our volunteers and part time staff have been serving Knox County and surrounding towns since 1999. We have spent the last 5 years expanding our programs to ensure our local communities have access to affordable care, including opening the dental program to local children.
