One of my favorite things about having a small business (aside from working with amazing patients) is being able to collaborate with other small businesses in the area.

Gabs of Union, ME has hand-crafted these amazing cedar-scented hydrosols. We have several bottles for sale in our apothecary.

She's also got them for sale at the brand-new Union Farmer's Market along with some beautiful flower bouquets! I highly recommend checking her out.

We are so lucky to be able to work in such a beautiful setting for healing. Not only do we get to work with other gifted practitioners, but the environment itself is conducive to relaxation and restoration.

She plays a vital role in cultivating an environment based on trust, kindness, and community.

Heidi is warm, caring, knowledgable, and passionate about health and wellness. In addition to her passion for all things natural health, Heidi also brings a spirit of adventure, aspiring to continue horseback riding and becoming an Aviator well into her later years.

Introducing Hanna of Hanna DeHoff Massage Therapy, and founding member of Midcoast Health Collective.

🌿 Background & Influence:

With roots deeply embedded in the arts of dance and performance, Hanna brings a unique perspective to her massage therapy practice. Her journey through Yoga and Pilates has not only shaped her understanding of the body but also enriched her massage techniques. Hanna’s approach is a harmonious blend of myofascial and deep tissue work, enriched with the traditional wisdom of Shiatsu and Thai massage.

📚 Education & Journey:

A proud Camden, Maine native, Hanna’s educational path took her from the North Carolina School of the Arts to the University of Maine in Orono, and finally to The Swedish Institute of Massage in New York City. Hanna has led a distinguished career, including directing the massage program at Manhattan Athletic Club and co-owning Synergy Massage & Bodywork in Rockland.

🧘 Yoga & Beyond:

Hanna’s passion for movement extends into the realm of Yoga, where she has been a guiding light since 2016. With over 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training under her belt, she continues to explore and expand her practice, most recently diving into the depths of Yin Yoga.
