Yes finally let's look at alchohol and drugs. I am amazed how none of this has been in the conversation about the recent high profile su***des. Addiction progresses, I know first hand.

No one can say definitively why Kate Spade or Anthony Bourdain died by su***de. But I can tell you why I tried to kill myself. Twice.

I love my new space! Leila Percy and I are still downtown in Rockland. Adding crystals, bonsai and ambient music, 32 School St is much more relaxing 😊
