The healing work we do together in this practice aims to define the ROOT of the issues you’re facing.

This isn’t surface level work, this isn’t fluffy spirituality.

This is DEEP, and PROFOUND…severing the head off of your own ego, silencing the victim story, taking back your power, LIFE CHANGING kind of work.

This is the kind of work that often carries you deeper into your shadow, in order to teach you how to hold MORE light.

This is the kind of work that changes you on a cellular level, that helps you unravel more and more of who you are…all while blessing the bits that aren’t…sending them away with gratitude for what they taught you.

This is the kind of work that inspires you to guide others, to ease the collective into deeper awakening.

This is the kind of work that sets you FREE 🪶

I am incredibly humbled, grateful, and eager to hold this space for ALL who feel the call, and am constantly learning SO much through this experience and all of you!

When choosing someone to work with on your healing path… it’s important to remember… how many followers they have or how popular their YouTube/website are are not indications of whether or not they make a good healer. It doesn’t matter how many certificates or qualifications they boast.

What matters the most is embodiment. Does your Healer practice what they preach? Do they allow themselves to be vulnerable and human in front of you? Do they frequently sit with their own shadow, and do they honestly report their findings to you as a means by which to allow you to know we are nothing but equal? Do they KNOW hell, as a means by which to guide you to heaven?

Our job here as healers is not to heal you , but to teach you how we have healed parts of ourselves. To guide you to your most unsavory spaces, and offer them LOVE and acceptance. To help restore your connection to the divine.

Don’t be fooled by marketing strategies, no amount of followers makes you more qualified to guide someone. Be sure you use your intuition when choosing someone to guide you on your path, and choose a healer that embodies what they preach.

Being with community, my children, in nature, and around music are some of my favorite things to do to lift my vibration, and care for ME.

It’s so important for anyone, but ESPECIALLY those who do healing work to care for the soul, to nourish, and unwind, and uplift!
