Over the past few days our ladies have been getting creative with some fun St. Patty’s Day inspired crafts! 🍀 They’ve also been enjoying the beautiful sunshine and fresh air here in Florida. ☀️ It’s been a wonderful mix of creativity, laughter, and enjoying the lovely weather together! 🍍💛

Today’s exercise activity was full of laughs and movement! We used pool noodles and balloons for a fun workout, hitting the balloon, stretching, and staying active together. Fitness doesn’t have to be boring when you’re having this much fun! 🎈💪

This morning’s exercise group was one for the books! 🎈💪

We sat in a circle and used pool noodles, tennis rackets, and even a back scratcher to keep a balloon up in the air. Talk about creativity!

At one point the balloon popped and everyone jumped… but after a second of surprise, they laughed and said, “Get another one!” and right back to it we went.

Movement, laughter, and teamwork all in one activity. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do ❤️

We got creative today making coffee filter flowers using watercolor spray bottles! 🌸 The colors came out beautiful and will be part of a backdrop we’re creating. We also added some sparkle with a glitter Valentine’s Day banner made by our lovely ladies 💖✨
