Ooo we are going to have such a delicious and fun filled day! So many amazing vendors — come and check us out Saturday March 28th!

Three weeks from today we are throwing our biggest gathering yet.

7 local coffee vendors
18 local bakery vendors
19 local market vendors
One day only.

We hope you will join us for the first (and hopefully not last) Brevard Coffee and Bake Fest on March 28th from 9:00am - 4:00pm at River Road Coffee and Popsicles (9 Rosa L Jones Dr. Cocoa Village).

If we go to the movies together, chances are you’re going to see me walking in with something like this 😂.

Homemade or store bought, I’ll be prepared 💁🏻‍♀️ 🍿 🍫.

I’m telling you, there no need for deprivation when you make shifts like these with real food!

So much of socialization in our society involves food. So, socialize, eat real foods with ingredients your body can trust and recognize, and be merry!

Side note: I know Hu has come out with heavier levels of heavy metals so I don’t eat this on the daily but when I am in need of an alternative, this is accessible and fits the bill.

Also, I saw Wuthering Heights tonight not having read the book — needless to say, things happened I did not anticipate 🙋🏻‍♀️.
