🍪 Happy January 2026! 🍪

You all know I don’t subscribe to diets, but lifestyles of the real, wholesome foods?

That is a full body yes.

Give me all the nutrient dense foods.
The cacao sweetened chocolate.
Grass fed butter.
Nature derived sweetness.
Heirloom grains.

That is every intention and delivery I aspire to provide to you.

We don’t deserve to live a life deprived of desserts, but we also must remember that real food isn’t the issue here.

That we don’t need to be afraid of real carbs, real sugars, real fats.

That’s the solution.

So when I say “Goodness Without the Guilt” is meant to a way to incorporate “Your Kind of Wellness” into a way of life, I truly mean it.

And I live and love it.

You can too.

I want you to know how much you have made 2025 one of the best years of my life.

It has been a year filled with an overflow of joy, connection, community, and heart.

I often think how I feel like the Grinch when his heart grows 3 sizes except not being a Grinch lol. But the sheer fact is, you all have touched my heart and spirit in ways I couldn’t have anticipated.

You have been one of the greatest gifts of my life and I truly cannot thank you enough.

You all deserve the world and I am forever grateful to have you in mine 🕊️ ✨ 🎁.

Thank you to for having me at such a lovely evening! It was truly so much fun meeting everyone! You have created an environment and atmosphere filled with such lively, tenacious clients! And can we take a moment to applaud and her beautiful voice! 🤩.

I had such a great time and am forever thankful for this magnificent community of ours 😍!
