WHO QUALIFIES? Qualification is based upon the referral of a
physician, health care organization, or a third
party determining that the patient either requires
or would benefit from home health care services. Personal health insurance
pays for authorized services, less the patient’s
co-payment. Other services may be paid by life
or disability insurance, Worker’s Compensation
or private pay. COPIA Health Care, LLC’s private
pay hourly rates are affordable, competitive and
remain the same on weekends. Registered & Licensed Practical Nurses will accommodate
