I love when my family visits me at the office. (Yes, no shirt, no shoes, no problem.) ๐Ÿ˜Š My boys have been getting chiropractic care since the day they were born. My wife swears their moods immediately change for the better once they've had some treatment.

Studies show the benefits of chiropractic care in children are improved sleep, improved immune system support, better behavior, improved nervous system support and over-all positive effects of brain development by releasing pressure on bones, joints and the spine. ๐Ÿ’š

MOVEMENT MONDAY

Oh & we're truly moving on this one.

Prioritize fully body movement in all planes. We so often disproportionately perform flexion - extension, A to P movements that we decondition our lateral stabilizers that are largely responsible for ensuring we can perform other movements pain free and with maximum efficiency.

Use this as a warm up and/or cool down; especially after a run.
And don't be afraid to honk if/when you see me gleefully sashaying with this one around Rockledge or on the beach.

Go get it.

Make it a week filled with positivity & progress.

Wrapping up 2020 & we are surrounded by restrictions, waves, shots, masks, manipulation of data & discrediting to the word "science"...oh...and Christmas of course.

Regardless of how you feel about all the above & then some, learning more about your body, how it works and doing all we can to maximize health remains universally applicable.
This is especially true for those deemed most susceptible and now afraid.

Instead of repeating the insanity of 75% of 2020, in order to improve outcomes to any virus or actual useful response to any medicinal intervention (injected or otherwise), spending some time going forward truly working towards improving health & less time being paralyzed by fear & judging others would be beneficial to all.
Now that would be taking the "we're all in this together" message to the next level.

This is something I've personally implemented over the last two years due to an increased understanding behind the involved in Mg assimilation.
The form above is known as or magnesium. This form is not coupled up to form a salt, but is a standalone that due to it's ion form, is used intracellularly, which is critical.

When you see a magnesium citrate or glycinate milligram count on the label, it is somewhat deceptive in that the quantity is of the salt as a whole, with a lesser portion of that being actual magnesium.
However, in this ionic or elemental form of magnesium, what you see is what you get as that puppy listed is straight magnesium.
