Hypnotherapy… it’s not swinging pendants or mind control. The foundation for the hypnotherapy services I offer in my practice are Love (including self-love), Forgiveness (including self-forgiveness), and Compassion (including self-compassion). My Gratitude is overflowing for the opportunity to work with such dedicated clients and for the many life transformations I’ve observed through this work! And this is my new water bottle… it reminds me of this every time I look at it.
