This shift activates the parasympathetic system, allowing your body to repair, your mind to process, and your emotions to settle. Knowing your limits isn’t weakness - it’s wisdom.
We live in a culture that praises “hustle” and “grind,” but real strength is knowing when to say: This is enough for now. Resting, pausing, setting boundaries : these are signs of emotional health, not failure.

You’re not lazy. You’re human.
