Want a quick way to shift some stagnant energy out of your body…?

Try this kundalini Breath technique

{ Ground yourself with a wide stance and toes gripping the floor

{ Inhale deeply in 3 counts - while moving your arms in shown positions

{ Exhale with a HAAAA when you forward fold

{ Repeat for 1 minute to begin and increase with practice

{ BREATH OF JOY BENEFITS:

Through strong inhalations and synchronized arm movements, the practice awakens your whole system—increasing oxygen levels in the bloodstream, temporarily stimulating the sympathetic nervous system, circulating more prana, and gently stoking agni (fire element). Watch for the littlest things.. (wind, leaves rattling, insects living their tiny little lives) and slowly you can guarantee your nervous system will begin to resonate with natures rhythm.

Name 5 things you can touch
Name 4 things you can see
Name 3 things you can hear
Name 2 things you can smell
Name 1 thing you can taste

For the times when you want to slow everything down and just find your center….

✅ Close your eyes (this helps you stay within and not be distracted by external things)

✅ let your inhale be through pursed lips as though you’re sucking in juice from a straw

✅ close your mouth and exhale through your nostrils completely

✅ let each inhale and excel full and complete. With each round seeing if you can inhale a little bit more breath and exhale a little bit more breath.

✅ slow, rhythmic breathing like this engages your parasympathetic nervous system. Essentially putting on the brakes to an overstimulated nervous system. Making it easier to connect within.

Pranayama ( breathwork) to release anger…

can be done for one minute up to three minutes. Bring to mind whatever it is that you’re carrying that has a negative impact on you.
Begin this breath with the intention to release them.

Be mindful to keep the eyes closed, gazing up into the third eye, (the space between the brows), have your mouth be pursed lips as you breathe rapidly…inhale & exhale through the mouth, while throwing those fists over your shoulder.

When done, be sure to take a full breath in, hold that breath in & engage your root lock (pulling up the pelvic floor), then exhale (release) and just take notice of any subtle shifts within the body and the mind…

As I watch the powerful sun slowly sink below the horizon, I’m reminded that endings can be just as beautiful as beginnings. Each sunset paints the sky in stunning hues, a breathtaking display that encourages us to pause and reflect.

In our lives, we often fear change and the unknown, clinging to what feels familiar. But just like the day must end for the night to begin, every chapter in our lives brings the promise of something new. It’s in these moments of transition that we can find growth, healing, and the opportunity to start fresh.
