MAXIMIZE YOUR TRAINING RESULTS!

What’s up Tribe! I’m bringing you the inside game with time under tension training today! Also known as TUT...it’s the amount of time a muscle or group of muscles is under a load or stress. Keeping your muscles under stress for longer periods of time will produce better results. Use lighter weight and slow down your tempo. Use the 2-3-1-0 tempo.

2 count down
3 count hold at the bottom
1 count up
0 count no pause at the top

What’s Up Tribe! This one is CRITICAL for the your momma’s, daddy’s, grandma’s and grandpa’s! We must get them stronger so they last longer! The 1st exercise is for their core. The 2nd exercise is to build upper body strength and the 3rd is build strength in their legs and gluts. Start them off with 1 set 20 Reps or build up to it. It’s not to late to start working with them! Stand up straight!

Here’s what’s up Tribe! Exercise boosts our immune response! Regular exercise enhances vaccination response, increases T-cells and boost the function of natural killer cells in the immune system. Exercise also lowers levels of inflammation that play a role in cardiovascular disease; type 2 diabetes; Alzheimer’s disease; osteoporosis and some cancers. Stay safe on the inside as much as you are on the outside! Shot out to all my Tribal Champions this for strengthening their immune systems and not being weak sauce! Keep it spicy! #
