Kid approved PB yogurt dip is on repeat these days. It literally is the simplest to make but super tasty, healthy and satisfying!

Recipe:
1 c Greek yogurt- plain or vanilla
1-2 tbsp of natural Peanut butter or PB2
Cinnamon to taste
Honey- if needed

Mix and enjoy with your favorite fruit! Our favs are apple and Banana! Yum!!

I find that so many people make progress through the week and then allow one setback over the weekend to derail them altogether. What if you lost the guilt and moved forward after your setback? Life happens and we mess up. The key is getting back on track.
Just think where you could be in a month if you lost the guilt and kept going! You’ve got this!

Days like today I’m thankful for frozen veggies. Sometimes life gets hectic and you can’t get to the grocery store but the beauty of frozen veggies is that they are precut, versatile and ready to go! Throw them in a pan, sauté, add some garlic, sesame oil, S&P and protein of your choice. If you are feeling spicy, add some Siracha, sesame seeds and cilantro! Yum! What are you eating for dinner?

In a media-filled world, it is hard to get kids to exercise let alone enjoy it.

Below is a list of fun ways to get your kids moving!
1. Be a role model- your kids are always watching you so lead by example!
2. Involve the whole family- there is nothing more fun than a family bike ride or hike!
3. Focus on fun- Try a dance party in your living room or playing games in the pool.
4. Be competitive- Make it a competition of who can run the fastest or do the most pushups. We all love a challenge and some friendly competition!
