Although there will always be the unexpected, this class gives families a solid foundation to help them navigate the early weeks.

One of our staff members reminds us that nausea during pregnancy can strike any time of day, last well beyond the first trimester and feel completely different from one pregnancy to the next. Every baby and every body is different, and that is completely normal.
