We regret to inform you that our office is closed today due to illness and in preparation for tomorrow’s celebration of life for my father. In addition, our family recently experienced another heartbreaking loss with the passing of my cousin, Tara Nakashoji, on Labor Day. We will also be closed for much of Tuesday to honor her funeral and celebration of life.

Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.

Yesterday ended an Era. Colette Melton served her final day at Hoffart Chiropractic as she and her husband are relocating to SoCal. She was a near 6 year Teammate of mine at the office and will be missed for who she is as a person. The outpouring of love from our patients we serve was heartwarming.

Also, Welcome Carey to our Team! Carey has been a patient for nearing 2 decades and has referred many friends and family to help. She has already proven to be an asset to our bustling practice.
