Residents had a blast at the 32nd Annual Hot Chili Cool Cars Cruise Event! From classic cars to spicy chili, the day was filled with excitement, nostalgia, and plenty of fun. 😄✨

September 21 is World Alzheimer’s Day, a time to raise awareness and stand in solidarity with those impacted by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. At Sagora Senior Living, we acknowledge the challenges associated with this disease, not only for those living with it but also for their families and loved ones. Every day, we are committed to providing compassionate support, creating safe and engaging environments, and advancing care practices that enhance quality of life. 🕯️🌹 On September 11 Remembrance Day, our community came together to honor and reflect. Residents created baskets filled with white roses and lilies, candles, and butterflies carrying heartfelt written messages. 🦋

We closed the day with a candlelight vigil, a quiet and powerful tribute to remember the lives lost and the resilience carried forward. 💛

This September, we recognize Prostate Cancer Awareness Month—a time to raise awareness, encourage early detection, and support those affected. Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers among men, but with regular screenings and conversations about health, early detection can save lives. 💙

Let’s work together to spread knowledge, encourage action, and stand with those fighting this disease.

🌲✨ We were delighted to welcome the Boy Scouts from Troop 435 to our Pathways Memory Care program! They shared an educational and hands-on presentation about local pinecones, bringing several varieties for our residents to see, hold, and explore up close. 🌟

The session sparked wonderful memories and even inspired ideas for holiday crafts we can create together. 🎄💡 We can’t wait to invite Troop 435 back this fall and winter for more pinecone fun! 💛
