✨Wellness Wednesday✨: Did you know your spine loves consistency?
A study published in The Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics found that measurable degeneration can begin in a little as 10-14 days. Therefore people who receive regular chiropractic maintenance care may experience fewer flare-ups and longer-lasting relief than those who only seek care when they’re in pain. 🙌

That’s why everyone on our team (and most of our patients!) rarely go longer than two weeks without having their spine checked for fixation and adjusted where needed. This proactive approach ensures that no joint stays restricted long enough to cause long-term stress or dysfunction.

Remember: spinal degeneration can occur quietly — often without pain or symptoms. Waiting until you hurt means your body’s already been compensating for a while. Regular chiropractic care helps you stay ahead of the curve, keeping your spine healthy and your nervous system strong.
