My top anti-aging hacks might be a little controversial… and definitely biased toward what I do—but they work. These are the things I’ve personally done to slow down my own aging process. And don’t even get me started on the wellness side—that’s a whole other level of transformation. I did sneak one in here though… here are my top three.

Megan Fox says she hasn’t had a ton of work done—and honestly, I believe her. She’s been upfront about a nose job, a few breast augmentations over the years, plus Botox, fillers, and some laser treatments. But that’s about it.

People love to assume she’s been fully reconstructed, but to me, it looks more like great genetics, smart maintenance, and restraint. Her features are naturally exotic—beautiful, but tricky to balance—and whoever’s guiding her aesthetic knows exactly when to stop. That’s the art. 👏🏼

Confession time: I overload with Botox 🤭💉—and I’m not mad about it.

It’s my go-to for keeping things fresh, balanced, and expressive in all the right ways. I use it in different areas at different times, depending on what I want to enhance. It’s effective, consistent, and honestly… I love this stuff.

Let’s be honest—there’s not much betraying after this long in the game.

I’ve seen it all: people leave, try the latest Groupon miracle, and then come back for good. And honestly, that’s ok.

It’s rare we only see you once. We’re in this for the long game—with people who love what we do as much as we love doing it. We have a mantra in clinic that says they always come back.

Dr. Selene is a board-certified physician, surgeon and the founding medical director and president of Natural Beauty Aesthetics.

A graduate of UC San Diego, she earned her medical degree from UC San Francisco. Dr. Selene completed her Residency in Trauma and Emergency at UC Davis.
