If she was only tracking the scale, she would have given up weeks ago.

Because 10 pounds over 15 weeks sounds slow until you see what’s actually happening underneath.

Somewhere along the way, women were taught that after 40 we should expect low energy, a slower metabolism, less confidence, and a body that just “doesn’t respond anymore.”

I don’t believe that.

I believe women 40+ need more support, better strategy, strength training, muscle, nourishment, and consistency — not more punishment.

Because feeling strong changes everything.
Your energy.
