I’m Alicia Blumert Fujii — certified holistic nutritionist, happily remarried widow, athlete mama, and founder of Hope for Change Wellness. After a seven-year journey supporting my husband through brain cancer, and losing him on Christmas Day 2018, I knew I had to take everything I learned and help others find healing, strength, and real transformation. Here, I specialize in working with women's health, elite athletes and families ready to optimize their health through customized meal plans, supplement protocols, and lifestyle strategies that actually work.
