The Wong/Paydar Spear study club organizational meeting. We had a great turn out and I got to meet several new people who attended. Dr. Marina Milstein and Dr. Kimi Sunahara . Sarmad and I are looking forward to another successful year with plenty of good topics and speakers. If anyone is interested in joining please contact me or Sarmad . We meet the 3rd Thursday of the month with our next meeting August 21 2025.

All-On-4’s are fun until you have an implant fail. In this case the upper right implant failed when the Prosthodontist, Dr. Andrea Jordan, Santa Rosa went to fabricate the patients final zirconia hybrids and found out that the upper right implant failed. The patient returned to have the implant removed and replaced but there was no bone due to the pneumatized maxillary sinus. I planned a zygoma to replace. Thanks Dr. Ed Bedrossian for teaching me this great technique. The patient will be in his final Zirconia hybrids before you know it.
