Silver Comet Yoga Seasoned Fitness expert of over 25 years offering YOGA to the NW Georgia area Good Day Rockmart! I have all the equipment, so no need to worry.

My name is Andrea Maciosek and I am a seasoned Fitness Expert of over 25 years. I've taught a variety of fitness formats in my career and NOW I am currently offering YOGA to the NW Georgia area! If you need a place to STRETCH and RELAX and JOIN others in a SUPPORTIVE community, you've come to the right place! I am offering classes at several VENUES, so check out my current schedule and plan on joining a class! Beginners and seasoned Yogi's alike are all welcome. I promise it wont be hard, it will be FUN!

Yoga by the Pond is on HOLD until April.
We will take a few months off in this colder weather and pick back up in the Springtime when we can be back outside in the warm Sunshine and fresh air!

Happy New Year to all! I hope everyone had a Holiday full of Joy and Wonderful memories!
I’d like to take this time to thank everyone who has come out to Paris Mountain Vineyards to relax and unwind with Yoga by the Pond. With Winter approaching, I’ve decided to put our classes on HOLD until the weather warms back up again, probably early April.
Please check back with us in the Spring when we can enjoy Yoga outside once again, under the Sunshine and fresh air!
Thank you again and we’ll see you in the Spring!

Yoga at the Winery continues on Saturdays at 11:00am —INSIDE until the weather warms up again!
$20 gets you a 1 hour yoga class and a beverage afterwards. All equipment provided but you are welcome to bring your own! Beginners encouraged to join!
