Common listening styles when the BODY talks:

- ignore & avoid
- override to “get ‘er done”
- react with force—mash that knot into submission
- chase someone to FIX & make the discomfort stop
- pause, get curious and respond
- catastrophize
- thoughtfully attend to the body’s message

Y’all the body is not wrong. It communicates for a REASON.

Your response is more IMPORTANT than the reason.

Why?

Your body knows what to do. Created with a divine intelligence. It’s the expert in the room.
