With over 15 years in the massage therapy field, I’ve walked a long and humbling road. My journey hasn’t been easy—personally or professionally. I’ve experienced deep loss, including the passing of my son, and I’ve had to rebuild my life more than once. But each time I’ve started over, I’ve returned with more perspective, more compassion, and a deeper understanding of the body’s ability to hold pain—and to release it.
I specialize in therapeutic massage, blending techniques like Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage. Every session is customized to what your body needs in the moment. My work is intuitive, grounded, and always guided by the belief that touch is a powerful tool for transformation.
