“Morning Thoughts”
I wake up with a mind full of thoughts — some heavy, some light, all real.
Before the world gets noisy, I sit with them for a bit.
I try to shape them into something meaningful — not perfect, just honest.

Writing helps me clear the clutter, make sense of what I feel,
and sometimes turn pain into peace.

I don’t plan what I’ll say; it just comes from the heart.
If it connects with someone out there, then that’s the beauty of it.

With over 15 years in the massage therapy field, I’ve walked a long and humbling road. My journey hasn’t been easy—personally or professionally. I’ve experienced deep loss, including the passing of my son, and I’ve had to rebuild my life more than once. But each time I’ve started over, I’ve returned with more perspective, more compassion, and a deeper understanding of the body’s ability to hold pain—and to release it.
