To enjoy our present, we must accept challenging situations by facing, processing, and releasing past trauma, wounds, and energy stagnation within the body. This can be achieved through **Reiki, Somatic Therapy, and Nervous System Regulation Sessions**. Moving past anxiety isn’t accomplished solely through the mind; otherwise, no one would experience anxiety by simply thinking “all is okay.” Instead, we must connect with our bodies and work with them!
We must learn to feel without numbing ourselves with media, substances, and letting go of old patterns that don’t align with healthy dynamics. We should align with how we consciously want to feel through **Subconscious Reprogramming Sessions**. Aligning our subconscious with what we want to have and how we want to feel is crucial to achieving it in our realities. This process isn’t done by thinking or repeating what we want countless times; it’s achieved when we shed and release old patterns that no longer serve us, making space for the new outcome.
All of this must be done gradually and WILL be uncomfortable. Our brain doesn’t like change (if it survived a certain situation, it wants to repeat it, as its primary goal is survival). However, our brain will start embracing change if we introduce it slowly, understanding that it will be uncomfortable and proceeding anyway. We must not believe the mental stories that are holding us back, doing the inner work little by little (INNER WORK = SESSIONS where YOU actively work on yourself).
