Through determination, resilience, and unwavering dedication, our patient made remarkable progress during her stay with us. By fully committing to both Occupational and Physical Therapy, she worked hard every single day to regain strength, independence, and confidence.

Her perseverance truly paid off, and we are thrilled to announce her safe and successful discharge home! This achievement is a testament not only to her hard work, but also to the collaborative support of our dedicated therapy and nursing teams.
