I then offer a full body massage that incorporates The Arvigo Mayan Abdominal Massage as well as teaching a self-care massage that can be done daily. I also offer information about castor oil packs, Yoni Vaginal Herbal Steam Baths and discuss homeopathy and flower essences as additional methods to enhance conception. I also have general clients that enjoy a Swedish Therapeutic Massage as well.
