Part of the Wesley Willows family, Highview in the Woodlands offers Assisted Living and Memory Care in a safe and beautiful setting.

Highview combines experienced leadership, staff expertise, and a fully-licensed facility to provide exceptional care. Highview in the Woodlands also provides state-of-the-art Alzheimer/Dementia-Related Care, using a unique Montessori-based approach designed to stimulate residents' memories and senses through practical life activities, which has shown great results. Social interaction is important to us here at Highview in the Woodlands. Through planned social activities and dining experiences, residents are provided the opportunity to regularly interact with and enjoy the company of others. We are always delighted to hear new residents talk about how surprised they were to make so many new friends so quickly after moving into Highview in the Woodlands. The comfortable design of Highview's one- and two-bedroom private assisted living apartments offers residents plenty of space to accommodate personal furnishings and collectibles helping make Highview feel like home. Highview is a single-floor facility with no stairs, allowing for easy mobility throughout. Highview also features several common areas, providing an opportunity for residents to gather with family and friends or participate in one of the many activities, such as arts and crafts, low-impact exercise such as balloon volleyball, board and card games, movie night and many more that are always available.

2025 was a banner year for our community at Highview in the Woodlands!

We celebrated several major milestones this year, including a ribbon cutting ceremony in July to mark the completion of major renovations to our facilities and a party in honor of the one-year anniversary of joining the Wesley Willows family.

The Bards are a talented group of residents from Wesley Willows and Peterson Meadows who put on special concerts every year for Christmas and Easter. They are led by their amazing director Richard Stiltner.
