At Trident Physical Therapy, Dr. Spencer Sundeberg, PT, DPT, leads our Winter Athlete Performance Program, designed specifically for high school athletes competing in basketball, wrestling, track, and other winter sports.
Dr. Spencer specializes in sports performance, injury prevention, and return-to-sport rehab. He’s worked closely with athletes at every level to help them move better, recover faster, and perform stronger — not just for one game, but for the entire season.
