The Inner Circle is a therapy-based processing group designed for people who want a safe, supportive space to explore their inner world.

This is not a class or a skills workshop.
It is a space to slow down, reflect, and process lived experiences—with the guidance of a licensed therapist and the support of others who are also doing the work.

In The Inner Circle, participants are invited to:
• Share thoughts and emotions in real time
• Explore patterns in relationships, self-worth, and boundaries
• Process stress, grief, trauma, or life transitions
• Build emotional awareness and nervous-system regulation
• Experience connection without pressure to fix, advise, or perform

The group emphasizes:
