Charles Glenn is a transformational mindset coach whose journey from adversity to empowerment serves as a testament to the power of resilience, self-discipline, and personal growth. Raised in some of the most underserved communities and confronted with the harsh realities of poverty, instability, and systemic barriers, Charles refused to be defined by his circumstances. Instead, he embarked on a lifelong pursuit of self-mastery, leadership, and service. Although trying and tumultuous, the time he served while enlisted in the United States Navy further honed his discipline, mental fortitude, and commitment to excellence. These are qualities he now instills in those he coaches.

With an unwavering dedication to helping others unlock their fullest potential, Charles specializes in guiding individuals through adversity, breaking through self-imposed limitations, and forging a mindset rooted in success and abundance. His expertise is further reinforced by his studies under the tutelage of licensed therapist Cherie Dortch, where he deepened his understanding of emotional resilience, trauma recovery, and the psychology of personal transformation.

As the founder of the Father of the Village Foundation, a nonprofit devoted to community empowerment and leadership, Charles leads by example, demonstrating that true leadership begins with service and personal accountability. His work in the foundation focuses on fostering strong, self-sufficient communities by equipping individuals with the tools they need to thrive.

Beyond his coaching practice, Charles is the author of an upcoming survival guide that chronicles his extraordinary journey of surviving and thriving as a marginalized Black man in America. Through this deeply personal and insightful work, he shares practical strategies for overcoming hardship, reshaping one’s mindset, and manifesting a life of prosperity, health, and purpose.

Charles’s coaching philosophy is built on authenticity, accountability, and real-world wisdom.
