Parkway Pain Care & Rehabilitation PC is a multispecialty rehabilitation medicine group founded by Dr. Perry Stein in 1994. Our specialties include general Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, Hospice and Palliative Medicine, and Psychology. We provide numerous types of medical care in multiple settings. This includes rehabilitation medicine and palliative care consultations in hospitals, nursing facilities and outpatient facilities. We also serve as the primary physician for patients in acute inpatient rehabilitation facilities as well as nursing facilities.
