Each posture stretches, strengthens and prepares specific muscles, ligamen
ts and joints needed for the next posture. The method also stimulate organs, glands and nerves by moving fresh, oxygenated blood all over the body. Regular practice assists in illness and injury prevention, promotes weight loss, and limits the effects of aging.
