This morning, John had the honor of attending services at Shiloh Baptist Church in Rockville Centre. We were grateful to join the congregation in worship and to recognize the incredible leadership of Pastor Herman Washington, who has faithfully served as pastor for the past 35 years.

As Shiloh Baptist Church begins its celebration of 118 years of faith and fellowship, we extend our heartfelt congratulations and appreciation for the church’s lasting impact on the Rockville Centre community.

Today, we were honored to provide services for Carlos Bonaparte Jr at Shiloh Baptist Church in Rockville Centre. Surrounded by his loving family and community, Carlos was remembered for his warm heart, joyful spirit, and the deep love he shared with those around him.

It was a privilege to help celebrate his life and legacy. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends during this time of sorrow.

May he rest in eternal peace. 🕊️

This evening John, a valued member of the EOC Community Board and lifelong supporter of Rockville Centre, attended this week’s Lakeview/RVC EOC Community Meeting.

The meeting highlighted important safety and preparedness initiatives with informative presentations by the Rockville Centre Fire Department and the American Red Cross.

Community involvement is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re honored to support efforts that bring neighbors together and promote public safety.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

It was a privilege for Thomas A. Glynn & Son Funeral Home to take part in this morning’s Memorial Day service hosted by American Legion Post 303, where we were honored to place a wreath in remembrance of all who served and never returned home.

May we never forget their courage, their dedication, and the freedoms they gave their lives to protect.

Thomas A. Glynn & Son Funeral Home is honored to sponsor the St. Agnes Cathedral Choirs’ Memorial Day Flag Fundraiser.

As seen in the photo, the lawn of St. Agnes Cathedral proudly displays American flags this Memorial Day in memory of those we’ve lost. Each flag represents a loved one honored by family and friends, and all names will also appear in the parish bulletin.

Proceeds will support the Cathedral Choirs’ pilgrimage to Paris in July 2025.
