She works with adults beyond crisis who are seeking post-traumatic growth, life transition management, clarity, and deeper self-understanding and personal joy-building skills. Her approach integrates CBT, SFBT, Internal Family Systems, Narrative-Art-Play-Nature-infused techniques, mindfulness, and existential-humanistic frameworks.
