Congratulations to our employee of the month, Allison! She has a can-do attitude and frequently receives compliments and appreciation from her peers. She is patient, hard-working and compassionate in her line of work. Her performance is noticed by not only staff, but the clients as well. She has even volunteered to host church service. She is valued and appreciated for all she does to serve the clients and go above and beyond to meet their needs.

We tried our best to get out of the winter blues. Over the weekend, we had an indoor carnival made from things around the facility. This included golf, ring toss, cup stacking, pingpong bounce and more! The clients played games to compete for tickets and cashed their tickets in for prizes. We also had snow cones and popcorn - dreaming of summer! ☀️

Thank you to all the staff at Hickory of Rockville for going the extra mile to help clients enjoy their time.
