Things feel surreal recently. I'm being challenged each and every day and I'm doing a lot of NEW things.

In the ongoing efforts to find balance in the overwhelm, I'm reconnecting with what it means to feel fulfilled and successful. I'm rediscovering how to find JOY in the quiet pockets of life, rather than filling every moment of my time with "productivity." Connecting with students is a large part of that for me. Learning is a large part of that for me. I want to take my teaching to a new level. Have more FUN, flip perspective...

Gearing up to launch Aerial Yoga at .yoga feels like a huge step toward the woman I've envisioned myself becoming for nearly a decade now.
