Good morning! This lovely patient underwent vaser liposuction of the back and an upper back plasty. Upper back plasty is like a tummy tuck with removal of excess skin. This helps remove the rolls of loose skin and gives a tapered another back with hourglass shape. She is two months post surgery and contributed to heal well.

Happy Friday! Part of being healthy has a lot to do with eating healthy. Fish taco with cod grilled and lots of veggies makes for a delicious low carb meal. Even the tortilla was a lot carb option. With some planning and care eating healthy can also be delicious! Combined with some daily exercise you will be on the right path!
Patients who are healthy have the best outcomes with surgery.

Good morning! Good nutrition of course is important to your health, but especially important for patients having surgery. This is my typical breakfast: low fat Greek yogurt with extra scoop of protein powder, touch of milk to dissolve the protein and a handful of fruit. This is low fat, low carb, very high protein. Estimate about 55 grams of protein. That's half of my daily minimum. Plus a high portion meal keeps you feeling full longer through the day.

Hello again! This lovely patient underwent a breast augmentation with silicone gel implants. She has 475 cc high profile smooth implants under the muscle. Her she is at 2 months with a perfect result. Great shape and projection that compliments her frame. Good nutrition and scar care are still required for a great long term result!
