Start your day right: my typical breakfast is 1 cup Greek yogurt protein shake with 2 scoops protein, 2% milk. For a total of 70 grams of protein. Add a small bowl of blueberries for antioxidants.

Good morning! This lovely patient underwent vaser liposuction of the back and an upper back plasty. Upper back plasty is like a tummy tuck with removal of excess skin. This helps remove the rolls of loose skin and gives a tapered another back with hourglass shape. She is two months post surgery and contributed to heal well.

Happy Friday! Part of being healthy has a lot to do with eating healthy. Fish taco with cod grilled and lots of veggies makes for a delicious low carb meal. Even the tortilla was a lot carb option. With some planning and care eating healthy can also be delicious! Combined with some daily exercise you will be on the right path!
