After seeing a huge need for shift in our office hours for parents who come after school or need to beat the morning work traffic, we decided to offer sessions at times that fit better for them.

As a reminder, here’s what that looks like:

🐝 Hours of Operation: 10:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
🐝 Early morning sessions are no longer offered during the school year.
🐝 Later morning, early afternoon, and evening sessions held for families who need extra support during the day and after school.

Last month, we took on something a lot of parents like you not-so-secretly dread…

Grocery shopping with their child. 🥴

We had heard it from a lot of our OB parents lately.

So instead of avoiding the problem, we walked right into it, together.

And it was a huge success!

This outing was all about putting practical strategies into action, in a real world setting. We were able to show them what to do if:

🍎 Their child was getting restless.
🍇 They had to say “no, not today” to something their child was asking for.
🍓 They themselves felt overwhelmed on how to get in without meltdowns.

…Right there in the moment.

And that is *priceless* at any grocery store experience for some parents.
