This is my 3rd year leading The Climb in support of Postpartum Support International (PSI) — a nonprofit helping families (big and small) facing mental health challenges before & after a baby is born.

🍼 Perinatal Mental Health Disorders (PMHDs) are the most common complication of pregnancy & childbirth:
➡️ 1 in 7 moms
➡️ 1 in 10 dads
Too many suffer in silence. PSI offers peer support, trains professionals, and runs a national helpline to connect families to care.

The Climb yesterday was special to me and my family. The second one. No longer closing a chapter, not turning a corner. This climb was different. I look back from last year's to this year's, and there is so much to reflect on and my village is stronger than ever (and in some ways, stronger than I knew possible).

I Climb because...

I overcame

We are stronger together

and I never want anyone to go through the journey to and through parenthood alone.

Thank you - for the continued support for me, my family, and PSI. I can't truly express all the feelings Year 2 of the Climb have left me with. I look forward to internalizing them and living up to a source of hope for women working to climb out of the darkness.
