Ladies, as we age we can see a loss in bone density and muscle tissue. But there’s good news - lifting weights can slow, or even reverse, this process!
Beginning Monday, February 2nd, we are introducing a NEW fitness class just for ladies: Lunch-Hour Lift! This class will focus on building strength and fitness through weight lifting. Bring a friend, your mom, a daughter, or a co-worker.
Monday / Wednesday / Friday
12-1pm
$99/month for unlimited classes at Launch
If you can come once or twice a week that’s better than zero.
