I focus on treating anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders, relying most heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment-informed Therapy (ACT), with a Person-Centered approach. I value compassionate, non-directive therapy, helping people to build a personal toolbox of techniques for overcoming life's obstacles. You have the power to write your own story. You are the key!
