On Tuesday, October 29, The Shady Grove Aquilino Cancer Center and White Oak Cancer Center held our second Breast Cancer Physician Symposium, bringing together leading experts in cancer treatment and imaging.

The evening was dedicated to discussing the latest advancements in breast cancer care and the critical role of early detection in improving patient outcomes. We were honored to welcome co-founder and CMO of the Brem Foundation to Defeat Breast Cancer, Rachel Brem, MD, who delivered an impactful keynote address on “The Importance of Community Education in Reducing Breast Cancer Mortality and Health Care Disparities.”

This partnership shows our commitment to improving breast cancer treatment and ensuring that all women get the care they need. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to this essential discussion. Together, we can make a difference in breast cancer care!
