A resident of Montgomery County for 25 years, Dr Heshmat is a board certified Family Practice physician who has been providing care to patients at Holy Cross German Hospital. He graduated from the Alexandria University School of Medicine, Egypt and was the chief resident at Howard University Hospital during 2000 - 2001. He provides care at 7 local nursing and rehabilitation centers. Dr Heshmat has over 12 years of diverse experience in a variety of medical settings, speaking engagements and journal publications. He is certified in Hyperbaric Medicine and Wound Management with six years of experience in treating patients in emergency room and urgent care. Dr Heshmat is fluent in Arabic, English, and French and enjoys travelling, playing tennis, biking and swimming. His hobbies include photography and assembling miniature boats. With his private practice conveniently located on Research Boulevard, Dr. Heshmat provides quality care to patients of all ages.
