The Shady Grove Adventist Aquilino Cancer Center is the first community-based, free-standing, comprehensive cancer center in Montgomery County. When you choose the Aquilino Cancer Center for outpatient cancer care, you spend less time traveling to medical appointments and more time on your family, work, hobbies and rest. Located on the campus of Adventist HealthCare Shady Grove Medical Center, you can easily transition to or from inpatient care if you need it. Multidisciplinary cancer care team members work together in one facility, so you receive seamless, coordinated care. Focused on the whole person, your care team will focus on treating your physical, mental and spiritual health. A variety of wellness programs are offered to patients and their caregivers free of charge to assist with the many changes and challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis to allow you to focus on what is most important - healing.
