Our mantra is "Be Vibrantly Alive, NOW!". Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for awhile Your Yoga Nest is a place that you're going to feel safe and comfortable. Sessions can be challenging an
d empowering; however you are always encouraged to "just do what you can". There is never any pressure to push harder. It's totally up to you where your yoga practice takes you. One thing is certain though ~ you will be surrounded by encouragement, laughter, sweat, smiles and a sense of community as you press through fears and discover how to love yourself and your life even more. At Your Yoga Nest we practice in a variably heated space (between 72 and 85 degrees, depending on the session). Your experience on the mat will be a powerful one - whether emotionally, physically or spiritually. In a Yin type session the "power" lies in learning to be still and "stick with it" when the going gets tough, whereas in a Vinyasa flow or Bootcamp session the "power" comes from being taken to your limits physically. There are no rigid "rules" to follow and we help you find the pose(s) that are right for you. Remember, what seems impossible today may suddenly be possible the next time you step onto your mat. No matter your age, weight, or fitness level, our goal is for you to leave the studio feeling inspired, empowered and VIBRANTLY ALIVE. Being overly self-conscious and critical are counter-productive in yoga and in life. Bring your happy self and a sense of humor to the mat, be willing to make mistakes, and remember that learning anything new takes time. Our studio is located at 1248 N Lincoln Road, Rockville IN 47872. We are next to the local IGA grocery store. There is ample parking to the west side of the build.
