Signs to watch for may include:
• Turning the TV volume up too loud

Let’s Connect 🎨💙 Play, Strengthen, Grow

Let’s Connect 💙 Regulation Before Expectations

Ever notice that the more directions you give your toddler, the more they seem to struggle? During overwhelming moments, their behavior is often their way of communicating that their body doesn’t feel regulated or safe.

Before adding more instructions, focus on calming and connection first—then return to expectations once they’re ready.

✨ Support first, then guide

Let’s Connect ✏️💙 Little Hands, Big Grip

Do you notice your child coloring with their whole hand and pressing really hard? That’s actually very typical at this stage of development!

Toddlers often begin with a full-hand grasp before their finger muscles develop for more controlled movements—this is just one step in the process.

✨ Building strength, one scribble at a time
