Ingleside at King Farm is a not-for-profit, continuing care retirement community central to the award-winning intergenerational King Farm development. We offer small town living just a short ride from the nation's capital. Inside our walls, you will find a stress free lifestyle with a variety of cultural arts, wellness activities and amenities to choose from, and some of the area's most spacious a

partment homes. But most of all, you will find unique members with rich life experiences who have created a community within a community. Metro area has endured for over a century. Our sister communities, Ingleside at Rock Creek and Westminster at Lake Ridge, have made it their mission to exceed member expectations. Ingleside at King Farm has provided the perfect place and perfect time to develop our own unique vision. Since opening in March of 2009 we have established a secure financial framework and have experienced strong member occupancy. Equally exciting is what members have found beyond our doors. A preschool, as well as single family homes, are nestled into the intergenerational community of King Farm. Our members have enjoyed building relationships with this diverse neighborhood. They are also riding the metro less than one mile away to explore D.C.'s cultural diversity and boarding the shuttle or strolling their way to all that King Farm Village Center and Rockville Town Square have to offer

Ventriloquist, Children's Entertainer, Psychologist, and Activist: Susan Linn wears many hats. Last Friday, she graced IKF- along with her avian sidekick Audrey Duck- to perform her show "What the Duck?". Full of insightful commentary and heartfelt reflections, her "puppet show for grown-ups" captivated the audience of the Cultural Arts Center.
