This past weekend, we had the pleasure of working with the talented young athletes of ! 🏀💪

At this stage (ages 12+), plyometrics and mobility training are crucial for building explosive strength, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development. Our session focused on jump mechanics, mobility work, and take-home exercises to help these athletes grow stronger and move smarter, both on and off the court.

Big thanks to for letting us use their space and helping these athletes level up 🙌
