Check out this 1-year postop result for our 53-year-old patient who underwent an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the back, flanks and abdomen. We are so happy for her.

Remember age is just a number. We perform tummy tucks in patients well into their late 60s. If you’re thinking about it and you’re in good health, go for it!

Ya know what today is…May the 4th be with you!! In honor of that, a 4 month before and after pics from my weight loss patient who underwent an arm lift with liposuction. Love seeing all of her pics in tank tops and short sleeves.

This patient underwent a previous tummy tuck by another plastic surgeon and came to me concerned that her outer thighs and buttocks were sagging and did not match her front anymore. She underwent a posterior lower body lift with fat transfer to the bilateral buttocks with fat from her back, flanks and upper buttocks. Her incisions connected to her previous tummy tuck incisions on the front. Now her entire torso is contoured.

Although most of my patients get lower body lifts, it’s not uncommon for some patients to just get a tummy tuck and another procedure on there front (arms or breasts). They can come back and later lift their buttocks if it they desire. It all comes down to listening to the patient so the procedure matches their goals and expectations.

How patients look on the table and when they’re standing can be very different. This patient underwent a lower body lift with revision of her previous tummy tuck and medial thigh lift. This patient underwent previous implant removal and when her breasts didn’t heal the way she wanted, she came to me for corrective breast reshaping without implants. She had a lot of internal scar tissue that had to be removed as well. We think she is going to be very excited!!

So you want to know if the belly button results last? My patient had her tummy tuck procedure 8 years ago and she still looks amazing!! That BB still on 🔥!! She came back to me today for some other areas that have been bothering her. The best compliments a patient can give you are (1) returning for another procedure and/or (2) referring a friend for surgery. Ready for round 2.
