SPOT Rehabilitation Inc. is looking for a full-time Front Desk Administrative Assistant. This role will provide greeting and reception services to clients and guests confidentially and professionally, ensuring smooth and frequent communication between clients and staff, as well as among staff. This job requires knowledge of computers, Microsoft applications, basic office equipment, and scheduling programs. Must be able to multitask and work through frequent interruptions. The hours are opening the office at 6:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include: checking in and rescheduling patients, answering and directing phone calls, going through faxes and uploading to patient files, taking payments/co-pays, scanning and filing documents, confirming evaluation appointments, and other duties as assigned/needed.
